DEVELOPING JOB PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

ACADEMIC STAFF PLANNING FORM (ASPF) (PDF) (MS Word): The Academic Staff Planning Form is to be completed by July 23, 2010. The form allows for the following:

  • the establishment of clear performance expectations, coordinating employee effort with project goals;
  • the comparison of actual performance to performance expectations;
  • the creation of a professional development action plan; and,
  • the documentation required for promotions or change of duties salary increases.

In addition, the ASPF can be used as a performance intervention tool when used as a Performance Improvement Plan.
